We are a small UK company committed to building our business by offering great customer service, good value for money, discreet packaging and fast turnaround. Please Email us Click here to send us an email if you think there is anything we can improve.

Discreet Packaging

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or adult fun toys. If you have special requirements then please telephone us or email us and we will take care of it, usually at no extra charge. For example if you would like the parcel to be sent so as to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail. We can also double package a delivery one box/bag inside another or make any arrangements you require.

Our trading company is discreetly named Pilkington Warner Ltd, this is what will appear on your credit card bill.

Privacy Statement

At adultfuntoys.co.uk we believe in plain English.

adultfuntoys will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company. We do not even use your contact details ourselves for any purpose other than dealing with your order.

The only personal items of information we will hold are your email address and name.

For audit purposes we will retain copies of credit card transactions

No credit card or personal information will be retained on our computer databases once a transaction has been processed (except email address and name)

Security

We use the same state of the art 128 bit SSL encryption as all other reputable on line stores such as Amazon.com (one of our affiliate partners). Furthermore we do not retain your credit card information on any computer system once your order has been processed. To provide this level of security we have to obtain a digital certificate from a company trusted by Microsoft and Netscape in their browsers. The certification company we chose is Thawte, a Verisign company. To obtain such a certificate requires going through some fairly rigorous security checks to prove that we are who we claim to be. When you are connected over a secure link you will see a small padlock in the status bar of your browser, get into the habit of checking it is there before entering any personal information or credit cards on-line.

If you are still unsure, simply place your order and phone your credit card through to us.

Cookies Policy

adultfuntoys will not store any permanent cookie information on your local computer.

A cookie is a small file held on your local computer specific for a domain or url. It can contain personal information that a web site might use, so for example next time you arrive at a site it remembers your name, preferences or even your credit card. We do not use this facility.

Some companies use cookies to help remember who you were for your next visit. Amazon.com do this for their one-click re-ordering system, but because we do not retain your personal information once an order is processed there is no point. We believe that you have greater peace of mind knowing that our systems provide greatest security. For this, the small price to pay is re-entering a few fields for each order. If you disagree, let us know and we will change our systems.

Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 17.5%. Except Books and other exempt items.

Unlike most companies we only charge a nominal £2.50 postage and packing, so you do not get penalised for a big order.

Shopping on-line

To shop on-line, first click on the buttons on the left hand side of the screen to select the product category. This displays the first page of products in the category. At the top of the page it shows how many products and pages there are in total. You will be shown a summary of up to 10 products per page. This shows the name of the product, a small picture, the description and the price before VAT. At this stage you can add a product to your basket by pressing the button. To view a larger picture of the item, click on the small image. To page back and forwards through the product pages use either the page links at the top or the 'Next' and 'Back' buttons at the bottom.

When you have added all the products you want to your basket, proceed to checkout by pressing the 'checkout' button across the top of the page. Once at CheckOut, you can now amend, the quantity, size, colour of each item and review your final bill by pressing the 'Recalculate' button. When you are ready press the 'Submit Order' Button.

You will now have to enter your name and address and contact information. It is extremely useful in the event of us having a query that you include your contact number, use a mobile for maximum privacy, but be assured that in the event we do need to contact you, we will be very discreet.

When you have completed this screen, you will be asked how you would like to pay. You have 3 options

• Enter credit card securely on-line
• Phone credit card details through
• Print order form to post or fax

Click on the option you require to finalise your order.

For credit card orders you will now complete the secure ordering form. This is 128bit encryption technology. Once you have completed this form, we will begin to process your order. Retain the order ref and you can check the status of your order on-line.

If you choose to phone, post or fax your order, we will await your payment before processing the order. If we do not hear from you within a short time, we will contact you to remind you, but we will never hassle you and you are free to cancel your order at any time.

Different Shipping Address

If you wish to have the goods sent to another address, simply place your order using the delivery address and then provide us with your card registered address number and postcode when entering the credit card details.

How can I complain?

If you have any reason for complaint, please Email or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint and make an offer to resolve it within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.

How can I cancel?

To cancel an order please email or telephone us. It is helpful if you have the order reference. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods Unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to charge a £5 or 5% (whichever is the greater) administration fee for cancelled orders.

What about my statutory rights?

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When does the contract become legally binding?

The contract becomes legally binding when we accept your offer to purchase.
